Facility regulations

The day starts at 3:00 PM and lasts until 11:00 AM the following day.

Our regulations have been created based on the most common situations and with the aim of ensuring a comfortable stay for all our guests. For the purposes of these regulations, the rented holiday cottage and the fenced property on which it is located will be referred to as the Property or the Cottage. The owner of the holiday cottages will hereinafter be referred to as the Lessor, and the person who rents the property as the Guest.

1. During the stay:

.– Minors cannot be left without the constant supervision of adults on the premises of the rented property.

– Persons who have not been included in the reservation are not allowed to stay on the property. In special circumstances, the Lessor may give consent for visits from friends or family members, but each time the number of such persons must be reported, as well as the planned hours of their stay.

– It is forbidden to smoke inside all rooms of the rented cottage

– It is not allowed to hold loud parties, or listen to loud music that may disturb people staying in the neighboring house.

– It is forbidden to litter the property and the surroundings.

– It is not allowed to fry fish, fries, or other dishes with a strong smell inside the cottage due to the difficulty of getting rid of it before the arrival of the next guests.

2. In the case of an extra overnight stay not included in the original reservation (provided the number of these people fits within the number of available sleeping places allocated for the cottage), the lessor charges a fee of 80 PLN per day for each additional person.

3. The guest undertakes not to deteriorate the condition of the cottage and its equipment beyond normal wear and tear, and to exercise particular caution when using open fire, especially concerning fireplaces, hearths, grills, etc.

4. In the event of serious damage to the cottage equipment resulting from improper use, the Guest agrees to pay the costs of repair or replacement of the equipment, and in the case of vandalism, agrees to cover the costs of renovation, as well as to cover losses due to lost reservations for 20 days in a month calculated at a rate of 320 PLN per day.

5. Gross violation of the regulations results in immediate termination of the stay, without the possibility of requesting a refund for unused days.

6. On the day of departure, it is necessary to inform the Lessor of the planned time of leaving the cottage in order to arrange the method of handing over the keys and to allow inspection of the condition of the property.
